Chatfield Family Medicine

Well my first experience was not a positive one. I had an appointment at 8:30 and I instead got a confirmation call the day before confirming a 9:30 appt and that I had to fast 12 hours ahead of time, which seemed odd for a general appointment. They also told me to bring in the paperwork for a new patient that I had received, which I never received. I called back to tell them I think they had the wrong patient and left a message since they didn't answer. They never called back. So I went with what they said, fasted, came in at 9:30 and I was told that I had missed my appointment and would have to reschedule...after I already took the morning off from work, fasted and waited a month for this appointment. I was offered a new appointment a month later. I will be shopping for another doctor I believe.
