        Joe and Charles are the consummate professionals. They have managed two of my properties for nearly 4 years. The quality of renters they find are above reproach. Rent has never been late and routine inspections illustrate clean living. We just completed a walk-through on one of my properties that was rented for a number of years. The home looks as it did 4 years ago. Didn't think that was possible. Moreover, Joe and Charles always made themselves available. Thanks guys...
