Overall

My wife and I really enjoy the furniture at the store but the customer service and quality assurance before delivery is the worst we have ever experienced. We purchased our furniture in late December and were told we would have it all delivered in 2-3 weeks. It is now the end of February and it still has not be fully delivered. They did not bother calling to tell us our furniture was being delayed. A simple phone call would have been nice. After calling to figure out what has been going on with our furniture we were finally informed about them pushing our order back. They said they received my entertainment center and were waiting on the rest to come in. They did not even check to make sure it was the right one that we ordered. The end tables that came with our sectional were either not put together properly or it was just ment to be lop sided. After talking with the manager on this subject he said they will have someone look over it to see what is wrong with it and go from there. This is unacceptable. If you order something wrong you think you would try and fix this issue as fast as possible and not tell the customer we will have a new one to you in 2 weeks. We started out with high expectations for this company and now we will never do business with you guys again. We are even debating returning everything and giving business elsewhere. Truly a huge disappointment.

I cannot recommend this place. Too many bad experiences. Not crazy about our sofa furniture we purchased for two rooms. Falling apart and looking tired after less than a year. Most recently, I purchased some art on clearance, realized it was not going to work for me. Came back with my item "unused" still in the wrap two days later with my receipt, and they would not let me have a refund. They acted like they were doing me a special favor to let me do an in store exchange if I could do it THAT day. Well, I'm not in the market for any furniture right now so I am stuck with the item. I think its bad business practice. Rather than refund $67 they have lost a customer forever. I was considering giving other furniture a try but I just have a bad taste in my mouth about this place and will not be returning. ALSO they did not deliver lamps I ordered.. . I came back and they apologized and put them on order again.. and AGAIN did not deliver. I had to ask about them months later . Just BAD all around. Steer clear of this place. They are overpriced to boot. I have seen better furniture at Big Lots for a much better value.
