        Worst in store customer service I have ever received from a company. I've had many great experiences at this store until now. The rep that helped me was about 5'7
        Bald white male who had a really bad attitude. I will never step foot in this store
        Again because of this. He has jaded me

        They have a good selection, but it isn't very organized. The customer service is horrible. My last trip there they only had one register open and so the line was extremely long. A manager came over to help get the line down and she told the woman before me to go check out in the returns dept. and then told myself to go over to the jewelry department. So I went where I was instructed to go, only to then have an extremely rude older lady working the jewelry dept tell me she wasn't going to let me check out there and talk to me in a way like she thought I was the rude one for assuming I was going to have her ring up my clothes and... Well I don't know... Do Her D*mn Job! Even when I told her I was instructed by one of the manager to come there she just said "oh ya? And who exactly said that??" And after not being able to see that manager to point out to her I just described what she looked like and was wearing and the jewelry woman just acted as if she didn't believe me and walked away? So I walk back to the line I was in to begin with to find another atleast 5 or 6 people now would be waiting Infront of where I would've been. Needless to say after waking around to find that manager and not being able to do so I just threw my items on the nearest rack and walked out. Having been back since

        Nice clean store except for the womens dressing rooms. Maybe they should hire someone to be in charge of the dressing rooms only so it could be kept clean and free of clothes all piled up by the lazy people that try on clothes.
