First Impressions Dentistry

I've always gone to First impressions and my experience there is always amazing. They really are the best!

I live in the city and take the short drive to Yukon just to go to Dr.. Cole's office. He's very gentle and caring. The hygienist always leave me with a big bright smile. I never wait months just to get an appointment. I highly recommend this dentist.

First Impressions Dentistry with Dr. Matt Cole is an excellent dentist office! We recently moved to this area and began the journey of finding a new dentist. After seeing great reviews online, we decided to give them a try for our 6-month cleanings. They got us (my husband and I) in for appointments within a couple of weeks and did a very thorough job of explaining every step of the process to us. They did a very comprehensive review of our teeth , taking x-rays and asking us about any information that would help them make our visit comfortable and successful. I also love the use of technology in their office; they send us text message and email reminders of our upcoming appointments. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and best of all, they do not judge you for the condition of your teeth, rather they help you make decisions about your personal smile!

This dentist was the most kind and caring one I have ever been too!!!!! He listened to everything and I said with empathy and compassion!! Treated me like my pain mattered. Would highly suggest this dentist to everyone!!

Enjoyed my visit today. Keely always makes me feel welcome. She gently reminds me of the importance of flossing every day!

Everyone at the office is very friendly. They all greet you with a smile and take time to get to know you. They're also incredibly thorough in all that they do. I also appreciate how clean the office was. All around great office!

I've only had one cavity in my entire life so I was shocked when a previous dentist told me I have 3 "deep cavities" that need to be filled immediately. I came to First Impressions for a second opinion and Dr. Cole took the time to go over all of my x-rays with me which showed that I only have 1 cavity forming. I appreciate Dr. Cole's patience as well as his honesty. I'm rarely impressed with customer service but today I was.

Horrible Dentist. I bought a Living Social voucher for xrays, check up and cleaning. But since I was not going to be a returning customer Dr. Cole refused to have my teeth cleaned. The voucher cost me $40 so he was losing a lot of money and tried his best to cut his losses, so he told me a couple of my teeth needed a deep cleaning, but since it wasnt part of the deal I told him to just give me a regular cleaning. But he wasnt budging and said my teeth are fine they dont need to be cleaned, its pointless unless I get a deep cleaning (which costs extra). He told me I had a cracked tooth and insisted I fix my tooth now instead of in 3 months when I will have insurance. But since I was moving and wouldnt return to his office anyway he tried getting me to use some credit card. This man doesnt care about patients, he only cares about money
