Fat Elvus Diner

We wanted to try a greasy spoon good ole burger and this is one hole in the wall to avoid. This guys kid waits on you and he looks like he is high on the job. No people skills as a waiter at all, did not get a single refill at all. Now for the food, our entire family was up all night with stomach cramps and diarrhea, had to stop at Walmart right after eating for buy stomach medication. The floor was wet from the ceiling leaking, the floor was nearly muddy, because you could tell it has not been mopped in years, and the health department should shut this place down until they clean it up. it is gross people, and the food is going to make someone sick. We didn't even finish it and we paid our $30 bill for two adults and two kids meals, which is not cheap for a family. I especially liked the caked on dust on the salt and pepper shakers, oh what a treat, thank goodness for hand sanitizer and we didn't attempt the bathrooms and waited until we drove up the road. I was on the verge of vomiting for the rest of the evening. It's really that bad, bun was so soaked with grease it wouldn't hold together either. I would suggest if you want a good burger or a chicken fried steak then drive up route 66 into Bethany and go to Boomerang, it's clean, and good, not a bad value and you won't need shots afterwards We have been sick all day the next day. I don't know who wrote these other reviews and this owner has a history with the law, it's just a shady place, but people I have no bias towards this place, it's just gross!
