        A&A Transmission performs work on manual and automatic transmissions, differentials, transfer cases, flywheels, clutches and high performance vehicles. Each transmission technician at our shop is highly qualified and ready to deliver their expert knowledge & skills for your every transmission repair need. Owner Brian Filippone has over 35 years of experience. Our shop is proud to be affiliated with the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA) and the Automatic Transmission Service Group (ATSG). With these two organizations our warranties covered nationwide. We pledge to all of our customers that we will not remove a transmission from a vehicle in order to complete a repair unless absolutely necessary. Additionally our shop promises to diagnose transmission problems in an honest and expert manner. Our shop strives to provide prompt and courteous service in the hope that you will come back to us for all of your transmission repair needs.

        I took my car to Brian about 2 years ago. the best thing I could of ever done. Before taking it to Brian, I took it to the dealer. I was told I needed to buy a new car, due to needing a new engine. Brian had my car for 4 hours called with great news! I didn't need a new engine!

        I brought my low-mile 1991 Mercury Grand Marquis for some upgrades and installation of a shift kit. Brian initially didn’t like the idea of doing a shift kit in a transmission he hadn’t rebuilt himself. Mine was in exceedingly good condition, so he agreed. I got a firm estimate which I felt was very fair. When I picked up my car, the bill was significantly LESS than the estimate. The work is flawless and the car performs amazingly well. I had to bring it in once because the shift points weren’t to my liking. Brian happily made the corrections and went with me for a road test. I could not be any happier or more impressed with the entire experience. RIGHT ON!

        Brian installed a aftermarket performance clutch in my 2007 Cobalt SS. It has made all the difference in the world. Extremely pleased with the professional service.

        HONEST!!!!! I went to A&A af...

        HONEST!!!!!

        I went to A&A after going to a large corporation type transmission place in the city. The big name company tells me my transmission is going out and need to leave with them b/c my car is not safe to drive (I have 52k miles on my car). The big name company is unable to tell me exactly what they will do to fix my car nor can the tell me cost, only that it will be at least $1,800 to $2,500. I go for a 2nd opinion to A&A and speak with the owner, Brian, who tells me my car is showing a code that he has cleared, resets my computer and test drives my car a few times and all is good! NO transmission problem whatsoever!

        Stay away from AAMCO...I mean the big name company!

        Brian answered all my question...

        Brian answered all my questions. Transmission has never shifted smoother. Price was reasonable and what i expected for my problem. I would recommend A&A for quality transmission work.
