Raintree Car Wash

Waste of money. My family has an account here and every time I go the people are always super lazy and take shortcuts when cleaning my car. They forget to clean certain spots, don't wash everything they are supposed to, and I have waited as much as 2 hours before. Oh, and every time when I get in my car my vents are all messed up, my seats completely messed up, and the radio is changed to the Hispanic music station. Definitely a waste of money, do not make the mistake of going here

Would do a minus if there was one. Decided to give them a try..never again. Paid for the ultimate wash and told them I want it cleaned. I would have gotten a better job somewhere else with the express price. Had to continue pointing out spots they missed. Employees acted like they were in low gear. The sun roof was not even cleaned until I pointed it out. Will never go back. What a waste of money. Should have paid for the cheap wash since that is what I got.

Paid $99 to have the carpets cleaned and had the car washed. Totally horrible job. They sprayed the tires with armor all and did not bother to clean off the overspray that was on the trim work near the tires, the rugs don't even look clean, we get them cleaner doing it ourselves. Also new scratches are in the areas around the doors. Terrible service and the worker wouldn't even own up to the mistakes which shows that they are not only unprofessional, but they lack integrity. Do not take your car here!

First time wasn't satisfied called in the gentlemen ask me to bring it back. I was completely satisfied once my car was redone very friendly staff

Like I said in nmy comment before I go there every two weeks or so and I went today.Today I overheard the manager telling one of the employees about the reviews on here... then I heard him tella few customers if they had time to come here and give there reviews HA what a jk and a suck up. He then fanished and when I pulled away going home I saw him in the back next to the dumpster talking on the phone. ... the owner seriously needs to think twice about keeping this guys. That place is a jk bc of him. But the girls are wonderful and do a great job.

The managerl asked me to write a review and i would say they did a good job and im definitely coming back :)

Came here for the first time and had a wallet that I lost months ago with over $500 cash returned to me by the manager. I would have never known it was in my car I am very astonished it was returned to me. That combined with how clean my car was afterwards I will only go to Raintree from now on. Great service and great manager

to be honest I go to Raintree twice a week they take care of me specially the manager any stains the carpet He cleans it up for free is a very good manager and thank you guys for helping me thank you Guys for my car keeping it cleaned great customer service keep it up

As I was waiting I noticed the manager on his phone talking the whole time. While everyone else was working then I saw a customer complaining about their change being stolen from their car. All the manager said is the owner will deal with it. VERY unprofessional manager.

Oh my god this place has the most rudest manager i have ever seen. I heard him calling those poor ladies cleaning windows idiots. I mean they work as hard as they can to be called idiots. I seriously dont know what the owner is thinking by having that short dude there. The rest of the crew is very friendly. I didnt like the way the manager just stood there talking to this guy while the rest of them were working and it was very busy too. I do recommend going they do a good job. The only thing that place is missing is a good manager. By the way he talks i don't think he's even educated i doubt he has a degree.

So the manager at this place is extremely rude and provides a sucky customer service. I do not how so much anger come out from such a small man. He is terrible. I just dont know what he is doing there. The other employees are very friendly. Do not recommend it though

I asked why they dont have an express for exterior wash only and owner replied" We would you rather spend more money on deluxe car not exterior only"

As the other user posted, I arrived here first thing in the morning. There were only a few cars on the lot. The workers apparently knew the person in front of me and the sat there and talked for what was probably about 3 mins before coming to check on me. Once they gave me the ticket for the cashier the guy went back to talking with the same people. Anyways after finally getting my car washed and dried and getting my car back, it wasnt until later that day that I noticed ALL of my quarters in my change dish were stolen (several dollars worth)... I should have expected that to happen and not left my change there to be stolen by a shady looking person that would be inside doing the vacuuming. The carwash was mediocre for what was paid, and the fact that they stole from me I will never go back and will be telling everyone I come across to avoid this place (Thankfully I have a high profile job and come across many different people everyday to spread the word.. Bunch of Thieves!)

I was the only one there when I arrived, so I assumed it would not take very long. I was wrong. The staff was friendly, but my car was not very clean. They spent quite a while longer than I would have hoped, so I expected everything to look great. The back of the car still had some dirt and leaves on it, the center console/cup holders had a lot of sticky/dirty stuff still on it, and the driver seat was very wet when I sat down, causing my arms and shorts to get wet. I paid for the second most expensive wash, and received lower quality workmanship than the cheapest full service car was at Highway 99 Car Wash, which was sadly closed today, being the only reason I went to Raintree.
