Markus asked for payment before the ordered the part. Markus makes appointments and don't show up or return phone call or texts, states he is on his way and doesn't show up When the returns a text a few day later or up to a week with some excuse why he didn't follow thru with the appointments he set or returning calls/texts.Ripped me off $200 for a motor for my washing Machine, which was not the problem so he ordered another part. finally return my washer 2 weeks later, he didn't bring back the hoses, had different knob that doesn't match or stay on,the washer shorted out in the middle of the first wash. Markus stated he would be out the next day, no showed and won't return call/texts. He closed this shop with no forwarding address. If anybody knows his new address please let me so I can take to small claims court to get my money back.
