Populist Cleaning Co has been servicing us since 2000 when we moved into our building. We have maintained a regular pro-active schedule for add-on services. Carpets are on different rotations per traffic areas, hard floors have their own schedule, and all the window cleaning as well. Eighteen years later, most of these surfaces are still original and look good.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
We like that Populist is able to offer as many services as they do. We get quarterly services on our vinyl floors, regularly scheduled maintenance on high traffic carpet areas, and tile and grout throughout our buildings. Populist was able to place us on a regular schedule. Otherwise, we might not think to ask for these services until these areas start to look bad. This helps us stay in maintenance mode rather than restorative mode. The follow-up efforts and dedication from the management team at Populist helps us a lot!
Vacuuming
If you’re paying your cleaning vendor to perform the same tasks they were performing a few months ago, you could be wasting money and not getting the value you need.
