I doubt that this testimonial will ever see the light of day, but it will appear in other places, I assure you. My son recently moved into a filthy apartment on August 22, the scheduled move-in date. Not only was the bathroom covered with filth (human waste covered the side of the cabinet, mold, dirt, left-over hair and who-knows-what filled the bathroom and bedroom). What a total disappointment after driving 24 hours to get to Michigan. If the move in date was scheduled and they had the deposit, WHY DID they NOT CHECK TO SEE IF THE APARTMENT WAS IN MOVE-IN SHAPE? Of course they charged a whole month's rent for only 8 days (August). Could they not have at least checked to see if the apartment was ready? The kitchen was equally gross! The carpets covered with stains, the furniture also dirty and spotted. Really?! Sending a cleaning crew two days after move in was not the solution. Could I really leave my son in that filth? NO! They have some making up to do. All three rooms were in the same shape. What happened to quality control? You really owe these boys something to make up for such a terrible move-in!
