        General Info
        We are a company born from the frustration at a lack of customer service in the home electornics field. We hear the same complaints day in and day out. The salesman sold it to us and now when we call for help they won't answer or call us back. The man that came out had rings in his face, long hair, and tattoos all over. They came out, set up the TV, and just left. They didn't show or even tell us how to operate it. The men came and set it up, but they didn't even speak english.
