Jeswald Auto Truck Service

DO NOT EVER CALL THIS GUY.
I HAD A TRUCK THAT WAS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD....
WHEN THE TOW-TRUCK SHOWED UP (THE OWNER), MY DRIVER ASKED
"WHAT IS THE TIME THAT YOU ARE STARTING TO BILL ME FROM?"
THE TOW DRIVER (OWNER) JUST SNAPPED AND TOLD MY DRIVER
"F-OFF AND TO GET SOMEONE ELSE"
AS A BUSINESS "PROFESSIONAL", THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL..... THEY ARE ABUSIVE!

In my opinion, Jeswald towing took advantage of my situation, hid A LOT of fees from me and when I went to get my car out of their lot, because they were ripping me off, charged me $50 to pull my car through a gate where I had an honest tow company waiting to haul my car to a scrap yard across town and this company only charged me $50. Something just doesn't seem right with that scenario. I would not recommend this company to anyone but if you do decide to use them, I would make sure to ask up front about all their fees.

My opinion Jeswald towing are not customer friendly ! And customer satisfaction well when I complained I was threatened with a slander lawsuit if I said anything to anybody by Tony Jeswald !

As the owner of a business, I realize the importance and value of quality service. Our company uses Jeswald as our primary towing service because I know our customers will not only get a fair price but most importantly they will get prompt service and be treated in a courteous manor. Their vehicles are state of the art and well kept which comforts my customers in their time of need, especially when they have to ride in with their vehicle.

My driver dodged a deer and landed off the road. I checked yp for a tow service. The lady was pleasant and told me the charge was 250.00 per hour. The tow took 30 mins. and the bill grew to 427.00. I asked what happened to 250? She said the rest was a labor charge. I informed her she should have mentioned any addional charges. Needless to say I am a very dissatisfied owner operator. I not only wouldn't use them again, I wouldn't refer them. Hidden costs are DISHONEST. Maybe that's why we're not told of them until after the fact!!! Shop around there has to be better, more honest companies!!!

I locked my keys in my car, called jeswalds and they were there in 5 minutes. The driver that came was very nice and so was the dispatcher that answered my call. Id never call anyone else after getting such great service!

The guys at Jeswald's are so professional and very courteous. I had my car break down and called Jeswald's and they were there within 30 mins, I thought that great.
