Sommers Carpet Care went above and beyond my expectations of a good job. Their technician, John, is actually compulsive in doing a 100% + job. I can't say enough good things about this company--no hidden charges, a green company, courteous, 100% satisfaction/money back guarantee, no hidden residue, etc.

This is a small family run business and it was obvious to me that Dean and his wife care about the customer. It is very difficult anymore to get good customer service. Sommer's Carpet Cleaning was the exception. Mrs. Sommers took my call and worked with me on a date to come in and clean my carpets. Their pricing was reasonable and my carpets look great! Dean was very friendly and trustworthy. I will be more than happy to give them my future business.

After comparing several carpet cleaning services, we chose Sommers. They returned our call promptly, worked with us to choose a convenient time and gave us a reasonable estimate. When they came out to clean our rugs, their price was just a bit higher than their estimate, but they cleaned our closets, our entry way oriental rugs and our landings. Sommers is a small family business that really seems concerned with customer satisfaction. They made our six year old rugs look great - even the heavily worn areas and old stains. We will certainly have them clean our carpets again. They're a good and reasonable choice - good people.

I had some pipes back up in my condo, the day before laborday. This was a complete mess. The Property management claimed responsibility. I Looked online and found this locally owned company that was open holidays. By labor day my carpeting that was affected by the water and smelled horrible. I had made a call to ask a few questions regarding billing but my questions were answered as though I spoke broken English and The party had almost no clue how to respond to a simple billing question. Instead of (at least) taking my phone number, I was told to call back the next day. Open holdays huh?
