        One word RUDE, this includes the receptionist to the designer who called back. Too many great landscapers in Williamsburg, Va to be spoken to like they were doing you a favor by even calling you back. I doubt the constant comment that "were much higher than other landscapers", and implying if your not going to spend a small fortune don't waste our time approach, will get them much business. Extremely arrogant is an understatement.
