Best Pools

Had a very good experience with Best Pools. They even put in a larger liner then the pool was and two seasons later they are coming to put in a free liner that we pick out and are going to install a Rhino Liner in so that the bottom of the pool is smoother and no roots can come through, etc. I expected that Best Pools is an "Above Ground Pool" company. Asking if they will install the liner in an Above Ground Pool is a weird question to ask.

I have purchased two pools in the last twenty years and they have always provided honest quality service at a good price. Love the staff and owner. Blessed to have them close to home.

I'm buying a house with a pool and called out of the blue after being referred to Best Pools by another company that didn't handle above ground pools. Turns out Best Pools did the installation years ago and were familiar with everything I needed to know. Corey was very helpful and we set up an appointment to guide me through making sure my pool is protected for the winter and ready to open in the spring.

Extremely rude and unprofessional! I called to ask if they installed above ground pool liners and the gentleman just sat there before saying "That's a weird question". It shocked me so much it took me about 30 seconds before I asked him to clarify what he said. He then admitted that he said it and could give me no explanation as to why he thought that was a weird question. Considering that I called 4 other places to see if they installed above ground pool liners and all of them said no I have to assume this company is taking advantage of the fact that they are one of the only companies in the area that does this work. The owner called back and was very nice and agreed that it was inappropriate and uncalled for, however, my mother recently had an interaction with her that was even worse. I don't care if I have to pay double the price to get someone from out of the area to come service my pool I will make sure I do not use Best Pools!
