We contracted to have our backdoor replaced on April 14th of this year and were told the job would be completed in 14 days. At the end of 14 days, we got a call telling us that the door would be another six weeks to be shipped. In June, we got a call saying the door was in but it was the wrong color. They did offer to get a new door and it was to be expedited from the manufacturer. Today is July 8th and we just received a call after leaving numerous text messages and voice messages asking for an update. Apparently, the door had arrived but was badly damaged. To get this answer, we had to threaten to go to Wavy 10 on your side. Finally, they claim; we will have a refund of our deposit in 5 business days. Not holding my breath that the check won't bounce. 3 months is ridiculous to resolve a contract.
