Love Ensor & Sowers! They installed our unit 20 years ago and service it every year in a professional manner. When we've had a concern, they've been there to take care of us promptly. They always show up on time, are mindful of our property inside and out when servicing our A/C - Heat Pump, and are courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them!!

Service is very good, had a heat pump replaced and personnel were on time and under budget. Highly recommend for anyone looking for service or replacement of AC/Heating units. Looking forward to them for all my service needs.

Diagnosed leak in heat pump, but then informed me that their company could not fix or replace the Unit because their distributors did not deal with Amana. Had to call different a company and start process over again, and still got billed by Ensor & Sowers for refilling the leaking unit with Freon (which all leaked back out) and labor. After lengthy conversation, Mr. Ensor agreed to lower the bill, but felt we should still have to pay something for materials and labor even though there were no results. Had much better experience with Home Climates. All said and done, Home Climates got Amana to pay for unit replacement and labor because of a defective part, even though our warranty said labor was not covered. We paid Home Climates nothing to replace our unit and Ensor & Sowers 230 bucks for nothing!
