United CoolAir Corporation is a leading provider of air conditioning systems for the commercial building industry. The company specializes in the design and fabrication of flexible air conditioning systems for difficult applications. Its air conditioners feature internally mounted condensing systems that allow heat removal where outside space is limited or nonexistent. United also offers ceiling grid, floor-mounted, ductless and portable cooling systems that range from one to 30 tons of cooling capacity. United CoolAir Corporation began production of its first commercial air conditioning units in 1988. Prior to this, the company only produced units for military applications. The company s main facility in York, Pa., has more than 80,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
