Her staff turned her designs into exquisite pieces of jewelry which highly pleased by wife and made me very happy. In addition to making new items, her staff is great at repairing old items. I highly recommend Jin Jou's Gem Boutique for all your jewelry needs.

The staff here is amazing! Very professional and they all definitely know their stuff. I am in San Francisco, CA, and I have several pieces from this boutique. I get lots of compliments as the designs are unique and delightful. Jin Jou is very accommodating and I never feel like I'm being ripped off or taken advantage of. Jin Jou was so warm and helpful! She was honest with me about my options. She offered me much more for my rings than any other jeweler I have stopped at. Jin Jou was great to work with! She had to rest my stone twice in my engagement ring and she was extremely accommodating and always very fast and efficient. Her store is lovely and inviting. I love it is located in an old historical home, because that's exactly how she makes you feel. Like you're in her home! She does amazing work with the help of her great team. I plan to purchase more from her. She always has a great selection of fine jewlery! Highly recommend!
