        Exceptional! I have my insurance through Collens-Wagner Agency, Inc. Joanne Bankos is my insurance agent. She always provides me with excellent service. She and her office staff are very friendly and always accommodating. When I have questions, they answer them in a timely and professional way. I always receive excellent service from Collens-Wagner.
