        Shockingly shoddy work. My elderly parents had cement work done and paid in full. The job wasn't fully complete (or that's what it looks like.) He has not come back to fix it as asked. They need additional work done and he actually suggested they use him again. What!?!?!? Taking advantage advantage of the elderly?
