        I have hired contractors in the past and had nothing but bad experiences. This is the first contractor I've ever used that not only gave me everything they said they would, but they also went the extra mile and followed up after the project was over to make sure I was satisfied. It is a breath of fresh air to be able to write a positive comment for once.
