Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic

So my wife and I have been to this dental place 3 times for one root canal and they have never been successful. They perform a pre root canal then send you home for over a month before the final round and by then the tooth was infected. This happened twice and then they took our money the third time and sent us to a specialist which we again had to pay even more than the first time. We are into this almost 2000 in just a down payment and they haven't even began the root canal. This place is dirty and very unprofessional. The secretary's are horrendous and laugh and talk crap in Spanish thinking I don't understand because I'm white. They are way off and I probably speak it better than they do. I just let them think that so I can here them Call me a stupid white rich kid and that I will never get my money back. There is something illegal going on here for sure so beware. I am not the first one to report to the BBB as they have had several suits filed. They are not experienced at all and take 6 hours to do what I've had done in 2. They are very rude. Also watch out for there famous bait and switch. They have you pay up front for a major procedure then recommend a specialist and keep your money. So you end up loosing thousands here. I'm already getting a lawyer and will fill suit January 2014. Honestly I have never been somewhere so unorganized in my entire life. Plus I watch the nurses and Dr grab the mouse and type with gloves, then go back to the patients mouth. I have a video I took without knowledge if anyone want proof. It's pretty bad. X rays took 12 times to get one perfect picture. Beware again and stay clear
