Traditional Designs

We are writing in regard to Ron Pelson, owner and designer of “Traditional Designs.” Ron drew up the plans for our new home. We built a one-level country farmhouse with a large porch. Ron designed a beautiful home for our family. He’s very enthusiastic about his work and very qualified to perform excellent work. He is willing to please and listened to our wishes as well as sharing many wonderful ideas of his own. His many years of experience show in his superior work. His prices are very reasonable. We would like to strongly recommend Ron to anyone needing blueprints, commercial or residential.

We used Traditional Designs for our house plans mainly because our builder (who is trusted by our family) recommended this company to us. We took an example of a house plan we liked plus a list of additions that fit our lifestyle to Traditional Designs. They looked at and listened to our ideas.

Several times we met with Traditional Designs as our house plans were being created.
