Egley's Bail Bonds

Xavier is a creep and the blonde ( I use this term lightly) lady is (crap is called her a witch save from cussing but what a dis to Wiccans everywhere) a b-word for lack of better words. No, actually a c-word and I reserve that word for special people. Javier lied and manipulated me to get me down to his office so his buddy could arrest me. He didn't even have the balls to face me after his lie so he was gone when I got there. I had my digs with me. My one was supposed to be kept from jumping cuz he had a slipped disk or something like it that could wind up paralyzing him. They made me sit him on the chair which in sure he jumped off of immediately after I was taken to jail. I explained the situation and they were very cold and mean to me. I hate them. I gave them 5 stars in expertise at first cuz they're expert assholes. But I don't want to raise their rating so I'm changing it.

I hope they resolve it in the a.m but they have my 500 and drivers license i ran to the car to write some references and when i ran back to the door. They were gone. Some guy standing outside told me that they said they had to go to toppenish for an emergency and theyd be back. Well then after i went back to see if they were back i called javier and he said theyd call me And he hung up on me. I called back and no answer that was yesterday wich was my birthday... They still have my drivers license and i couldnt go out for a birthday dinner or drinks. Happy 25th. Then today he told mebe in at 5 i went there told him i was there he said ok sit tight buhbye and then hung up on me 2 hours later.. Im still standing outside. I tried callinf a few more times ignored. Some 24/7 bussiness.

My husband missed court for a funeral (1st Cousin) was told by his attorney to fax all documentation to the courthouse and he would file a motion to continue the case to another date...the judge denied it and my husband had a warrant out for his arrest. (Husband was already out on bail, gave Javier our Chrysler 300, as we did not have the cash). Javier told my husband to come in with additional money and he would get him a new court date and keep him out on bail. I have all text messages of every conversation I have had with this man to back up my story too. He told me he would have my husband come in to fill out paperwork. When husband get's there, he tells him he has to be served the warrant so he has to go to the jail and they will come back and pick him up in two hours. My husband was supposed to pick up our kids from school and also had our only vehicle. I text Javier after I am not getting a response from my husband and he says he will be out in about two hours, "sorry"...Javier never went back to pick him up...gave me the run around for three days telling me he needed additional monies and co-signers...every time I would meet his request there would be something new that he needed. Finally he told me to come into his office and he would meet me there. He never showed up, but had his flunky tell me and the co-signer who owns his own home (father-in-law) that his insurance company would not allow him to bail my husband out of jail. BS!!! Javier is a crook and he is the one who belongs in jail. He picked the wrong girl to screw over...I am going to make it my mission to file complaints with the Department of Licensing and the Attorney General's Office and I am going to start a Facebook page that will offer my services to anyone who also would like to file a complaint against Egley's Bail Bonds.

Dear Daquiri Dont know where you have been But Egleys has been one of the best bondsman I have ever dealt with! Javier and his crew have been extremely pleasant and professional! I find it hard to believe that you didnt cause the missed court date! Its your responsibility not Egleys to research your court dates! How do you figure they are to blame! I recomend Egleys to every one that is in need of Bail! Teri H.

I GAVE THIS EGLEY'S BAIL MONEY TO BAIL OUT MY SPOUSE FOR MISSING HIS COURT DATE, EGLEYS BAILED HIM OUT AND THEN GAVE HIM THE WRONG COURT DATE THAT WAS FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY AND RESULTED IN ANOTHER WARRANT. THE RESULT WAS : I PAID OVER $350 FOR MY SPOUSE TO GET HIS WARRANT SLAPPED BACK ON HIM.
