Terminator Pest Control

I have been doing business with Terminator Pest Control for over 25 years and while I love the guy that has been coming out to my home and the service he provides, the ladies working in the office, or in this case NOT working, leave a lot to be desired! I have been calling them for almost 2 months and have left numerous detailed voicemails to no avail! They NEVER answer their phones. (972-867-2874 or 972-414-0911) I went thru this the last time I had them out and when I finally got ahold of someone, she did not provide a reason for not answering the phone or returning my messages when I said I thought maybe they went out of business. I was hoping to be put on a quarterly schedule but nobody seems to care. What a shame! From a very disappointed customer!

They came out the same day and treated our house for spiders and ants. Also put out baits for the mice that he found evidence of. Was a lot cheaper than we expected. The technician got right to work and was very friendly. I think he knows more about our house now than we ever did. Haven't seen "any" bugs in months. Great job!!
