the manager that worked on Thursday September 18th 2014, is a unprofessional person , uneducated, derelict, disrespectful person that they have in CHARGE? the way I was treated as a PAYING customer was really sad, this place has no clue on customer satisfaction. not even a ma'am or sir are you okay, can I help you with anything. I wouldn't even send my dog to this place of a so called business. if you hurt yourself they refuse to fill out a piece of paper called an incident report. when I inquired about filling out the incident report the manager told me I was trying to run a scam! Really? Really? this broke down , family owned poor business call Kings hardware shop in Wyandanch NY. The employees reek of alcohol, you can smell it coming out of their pores. Nothing will be done on how they conduct this so called business, no Overhead, the Staff do as they please this place is a disgrace to society! I will tell anyone that I no not to spend any money in this place. They don't care about their customers!!!! Rate them!!! Never!!! These are hard times right now and treating your customers bad in a time like this is very stupid, even though this so called family business been operating for years, you have been treating customers bad for many years, people just don't know how to expose you guys, but you can never stop the internet, NEVER!!!!! You guys suck!!! Go back to the basics, learn BASIC common courtesy, I don't think that's asking to much, and I MIGHT consider recommending this store, But in the present time, SPEND YOUR MONEY AT ACE HARDWARE OR SOMEPLACE THAT'S MORE PROFESSIONAL.

We have done business with this store since 1970, and have always been satisfied with their assistance and service. Just called them today to see if they still carried an item that I bought in June of 2000. They asked me to hold, went to their inventory and quickly responded affirmatively and quoted the current price. That's service in the old fashioned way!
