All this management company does is to create new rules so they can go around and start fining homeowners. Then they have a $25 fine that goes to the Condo Association and a $45 Admin Fee that goes right into his pocket!! Multiply that by almost 200 units several times a week, and he is getting richer by the minute!! Very unprofessional and disappointingly no communication of what goes on on common areas.

Management company completely out of control, unprofessional and unorganized including its manager who runs the company. You are basically in a lose lose situation with this company. Avoid purchasing any condo or townhouse that has this management company. You will regret it. Ive been renting my condo to a tenant who has now moved out as a direct result of being discriminated against because they are renters and now home owners.
This management company does not follow business protocol and rather than notify a homeowner by letter, they will send one of their irate employees to your home or business and create an embarrassing scene for you. Speechless on how unprofessional this management company is and shame on the board members of the condo association who voted this company in. They should be investigated as I wouldn't be surprised if they are extorting from this business. They claimed to have never received my monthly condo fee ( although cashed from this company) and insisted I reissue another check without even giving me the opportunity to show them proof that my check was cashed by their company!! Disgusting company .
