Paul Conzo Day Spa & Hair Salon

I have been going to Paul Conzo's for 10+ years for all body waxing and massages. I started with Donna doing my waxing and when she retired I started my waxings with Dawn! She is not only professional but the sweetest woman. I have had couples messages with my husband here as well as prenatal and postnatal messages which have just been simply amazing and relaxing. Most recently I had a deep tissue massage with Ada who is new to Paul Conzo's and I have to say that was one of the best deep tissue massages I've had in years! Thank you to all the staff at Paul Conzo's for being so professional, friendly and for helping keep the Spa clean an healthy for us all!

I scheduled an appointment for a color and was denied service because I wanted highlights and they “didn’t have time for that”. NEVER have I ever encountered such a thing before! So rude! Normally the stylist asks what you would like done and you go from there.

Went in for a cut and color, had the worst experience of my life! Stylist named Kristin ruined my hair! Do not recommend this salon!

I have my nails done here. Polite staffers, competent practitioners, and a clean, comfortable environment. Nothing not to like.

I went in for a cut and had a picture of what I wanted and they hacked up my hair so bad. I was able to pull my hair back in a pony tail now I have no hair on the back of head and the cut looks nothing like the picture I brought in. Just as he was going to cut my bangs he said 'I have to cut your bangs too' and I said 'I know but I don't like them short' and what did he do cut them the shortest I have ever had my bangs and they are uneven

I have been going to Paul Conzo Salon and Spa for many years...their staff has always been so friendly and knowledgeable. I have been to many spas and I will say that no service compares wether you have a facial, massage or pedicure...all of their services are top notch. If you want really great services and you like warm and friendly people then this is the place!

I went there to have my hair cut and colored and i wish i never stepped foot inside. First of all my "hairstylist" took FOREVER... and i am not just saying that to be rude, she literally took so long that i was questioning what she was doing to me! My color came out HORRENDOUS. She claimed she had been working there for like 7 years, but it seemed like i was the first client she had ever colored... it was that bad. And don't get me started on the cut...cut wet, then dried and cut again... and the FLAT IRONED and cut again!!!!! I didn't even want my hair Flat Ironed!!! ughhh never again and i suggest you dont either considering everyone else in there didn't seem happy!

Terrible experience. Got a $300 gift card for Xmas. Went once, unhappy, gave 2nd chance, even worse. Decided to purchase smaller gift cards for presents for teachers, coaches etc. AND THEY WOULDN'T LET ME!!!!! What happened to customer satisfaction?

I had heard nothing but good things from people over the years, but it was nothing special. Apparently it has gone downhill. WAY overpriced for the services. I haven't tried the salon, but as far as the pedicure and massage I got.. thank god it was a gift certificate I used.. The pedicure was something I could have done on my own at home. The majority of it was soaking my feet in the tub. Stupid.
