Europa salon is convenient to where i luve. I always went there the staff is very nice but i notice kim tends to fi ish up once another tech starts i dont like this because first tech does all work and once customers come in they jump around.
Your customer is in front of you finish with this customer first.
Also ladies pay attention after yr pedi i notice they are not using any dienfectors or sprays to sanitize chair or tub after or before pedi.

Europa Nails has outstanding qualifications for pedicure and Gel Manicures. Personally I was giving up on doing Gel manicures since they never lasted. Until I did it with them! They do last 2+ weeks without peeling off. Also a plus that they have the same color for Gel and regular OPI .Tim is such a funny and pleasant guy,europa nails salon is always clean and organized, Very friendly with costumers!

I have to say this is the worse place I have ever been to. The owner does nothing about a customer complants. The first time I was there she offered to do my daughters nails then charged me without telling me. The second time my fill was horrible thry didnt fix them. Asked questions and she just looked at me. Thr man that did my nails took off acrylic off the sides of my nails,so it didnt even looked like i had a fill,still nothing was done for me. Today went in for fill was asked to come back in an hour,so i did. Then waited another 40 mins. It wasnt until i asked how much longer,then was told the guy that i didnt want would do them when the owner was supposed to do them. Then i was told that she had another appt coming in. So I waited almost 2 hours to get a fill, and walked out without it.
