Stay clear of this place. I went to the store and told them I needed 8 rooms carpeted, they came in measured and gave me a quote. I agreed to use them but when they showed up to install they were missing 2 rooms worth of carpet. They said that wasn't included in the quote and that I had to pay an additional $900. I suspect this was a bait and switch. It took and extra day and an extra $900 but eventually all carpets were installed only they were the WRONG carpets. The color was not even close to the shade of tan that I ordered. In fact, it was a very dark and ugly brown. Lucking I had kept the samples of the carpets I was suppose to have. When I complained to the store they sent Eddie himself out and he agreed that they were not the correct carpets and offered me $200 off exchange for a $4,000 job that was done 100% wrong. In the end I got $300 off of my bill but still paid $3,700 for carpets that I DID NOT order. Ridiculous!!!

Eddy's is horrible. Totally unprofessional. It took them 6 months to finish a simple install in my living room. It took me calling every day to get them to come back and complete it. I will never use them again. I never even got an apologies for the inconvenience they put me through.
