I hated this place. To start my car was towed the wrong way and the the back bumper of the car was pulled off. When told the guy up front (who turned out to be the owner) about the situation he called me all type of names and and said that my kind of people are ignorant stupid and don't know what we talk about. I am currently in court with them. Cause there was no need for the threats and shouting at a poor 23 year old girl and a 69 year old man. I have it all recorded and I will present the evidence to court. Unbelievable the kind of stuff I'm still dealing with at this time and age.

I want to Thank Boulevard Towing for all the help this past weekend. On February 18,2017 we were in a horrible accident in Worcester. Everyone was kind, caring & very professional . It was a hard time for my family and I especially my 4 year old granddaughter who was in the car. Boulevard towing made a nightmare situation better due to all their kindness & concern . The ABSOLUTE WORST towing/repair company I have ever come across. The mechanics will come out swearing threatening to knock you out if you knock on their door, the man who came out was basically salivating chewing tobacco as he came out screaming, and they practically hold you hostage until they feel like giving you your car back. They pocket your money and they do not apologize. This is the worst "BUSINESS" I have ever come across and I wouldn't recommend there business or job openings to anyone because they are disrespectful and disgraceful people.
