Great experience buying my new car! With a dealer right in my backyard. Everyone was so nice and they didn't push me into anything. Bill Bullman, Eric Jones, Tim Pietsch and Anthony George are all awesome! I love my vehicle and that BBQ pit is just nice too!

After much research, I determined Bird-Kultzen Ford to be the best first start of my journey to buying a car ~ and I'm so glad I did! I believe this dealership honestly reported the repairs needed. The people are friendly. Some of the services might have been a bit pricey.

I recently had a problem with my 2006 Mustang. Although it took time to find the exact problem with my car they stood by their word on the original esitmate for repairs and gave me a rental car for four days to get around in. Its running great now...thanks!

Wes is always curtious and quick to help, the shuttle driver I've used so many times he is always friendly. This time I had points so I was given my keys back with a smile and said it was free. I also went to the body shop to ask questions about cost to repair a seat, they were very helpful.

I was waited on promptly. I had to wait for the 'shuttle' over ten minutes to take me to work. The driver was very nice and helpful. When I picked my car up it had been placed in the garage - I was very thankful since there were reports of hail in the area. Overall the experience was very good. Jill Lunday

Everyone was nice, waiting room was big and has vending machines and a coffee machine (had to hunt for cups and sugar) and a large T.V. with weather and news. Was in for oil change and tire rotation, had to wait 1hr 45min. Not bad time but in and out at Kwick Kar in 45min. Over all very nice service.

Although I own a Toyota, the insurance company sent me to B-K Ford. I was treated very courteously. My repair was quickly and the quality of workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend them for any body work and repair work that anyone I know needed to be done. Chris Machalicek is to be highly commended for his handling of my case. He was courteous and went out of his way to take care of me and my car.

Best new car experience I have ever had. Staff stayed late after my work schedule to complete the process. Feel they were honest, pleasant and fair! Have already taken new car in with questions and helped within five minutes! Great job Bird Kultgen!

It took a bit to diagnose the problem, but, that happens sometime. After service figured out the problem with the transmission the repair went quickly. The truck runs great. And I was very pleased with the cost of repair. Thanks BK fo great service...Jim Masongale

We full time in our motorhome and were spending the winter in Texas. We received notice of a recall on our Ford chassis and contacted Tommy Murphy via email. He was quick to respond and satisfied our every need. The tech who worked on the vehicle was very personable and did excellent work.
