Needed my water heater replaced. It had gone out on a Tuesday and I had a local company look at and diagnose the problem on Friday afternoon. They had given me a quote to install a new one but it seemed unusually high. My dad recommended I call Ledel whom they use on a regular basis. Ledel was nearly half the cost the other guy wanted to charge me for the exact same model (maybe it’s cliché but I got the impression the other guy was trying to take advantage of my single-mom and female status). I would have been happy just saving the $900 alone but Ledel and his receptionist, Kim, didn’t want me to be hot-waterless all weekend. I called at 5 PM, he got to my house at 6 PM, and was done with the install less than 2 hours later. Praise the Lord for good companies that care more about the customer than they do about the money they’re making. Now I’m off to take the hottest shower known to mankind. Thanks Ledel Pace Plumbing!

LeDel quoted me literally half of what Action plumbing quoted me. He did the job in less time then quoted and it was very well done. He is now the only plumber we will use. Glad I got a second opinion and went with it!
