Provided by SuperpagesMy dogs have been attending Club barks for 3 years + I have two mixed Breed terriers aka pit bulls. They are a high energy breed and love nothing more than to go hang out with all the different breeds of doggie buddies and get all the crazy out!..I bring them 1/2 days mostly and within that six hour period of play, it seems to do the trick! I can't even mention the words daycare or club barks, they get so excited because they love it so much! I highly recommend Club Barks for knowledgeable well educated doggie care takers! I also like the fact that club barks thoroughly checks back with vets for current shot updates, So we can avoid our pups catching yucky germs from one another.

Provided by SuperpagesAll the dogs are housed together in large doggy jail pens. There was a recent outbreak of a disease there that the Club Barks people tried to say was widespread all over the general area. Not true. Clearly their facility is a breeding ground for the spread of such things. They make no effort to differentiate dog sizes and temperaments when grouping the dogs. I heard some good things from friends & neighbors, which is why we came here, but I would not recommend this place for anyone with a young or small dog. My dog cried with terror. It was like a scary prison for my pitiful dog.

I bought a Living Social Coupon for this establishment, and am so sorry I did.
Their add states that their facility speaks for itself, and I have to agree. It's terrible. Dirty, unkempt, stark, and not welcoming. Normally, when you sponsor a Groupon, or Living Social offer, it is to encourage clients, and promote your facility. I realize they do not make a profit on these offers, but would hope that they would put their best foot forward, and encourage return visits. We will not be returning.
My initial impression was not good, due to the environment, but decided to overlook that, and go with their services, as appearances are not always indicative of quality of service. When the girl came to get my pet, she didn't acknowledge her, and when she balked, she proceeded to drag her.
What bothered me the most, was being told that she was screaming - very loud. That they've never heard such screaming from a little dog. She has never done this before. She is fearful, but always quiet. I can't think why this would have happened, and what she was exposed to. Their attitude was very cavalier, didn't show any concern or compassion.
The grooming was terrible. One ear is at least 1" shorter than the other, she was shaved unevenly, and didn't look clean. It is the worse grooming, she has ever had.
She has been shaking, and not herself since the visit, and I'm very concerned. Either she was traumatized, or has picked up some type of virus from the facility.
I basically sent this message to them via e-mail, and they did not have the courtesy to reply. I've waited 4 days to hear from them, but nothing.
Don't use this establishment, I should have gone with my first impression and turned right around and left.

Provided by SuperpagesHighly recommend. My three dogs have been boarding and attending daycare at Club Barks for almost 5 years. They're always excited when we walk in, and their tails go a mile a minute as soon as they see Steve, Elise, Lauren, or Anne at the front desk. My dogs can be tough to handle, but the CB staff does an amazing job with them. After a long day at daycare, my pooches are beat. We go home, they eat dinner, and the next thing ya know, they're sacked out for the night. I've been to other day care facilities, and IMHO, not-a-one can hold a candle to Club Barks.

Provided by SuperpagesGreat people doing great grooming! Our two dogs always come back happy after being boarded. The play time is so much better than having them spend the entire time locked in a cage. I highly recommend this business.

Provided by SuperpagesSince bringing my dogs to Club Barks for daycare and boarding, I have noticed how much happier they are. They come home tired and exhausted and can't wait to go back for more.
