        Overall

        Stay away from Universal Pool and Spa in Woodland Hills. They replaced my old pool heater with a certified used heater that exploded into flames every time the heater started. At first they denied that the heater was the problem, they tried to repair it twice. Lots of delays. Company is a scam!
