Bugs A to Z

I really hate to see a great business get a bad review, so I am writing this to refute the previous reviewers claims. I'm seriously thinking that this person might have his business names confused. As far as I know the owner is the sole operator of this business. He is such a decent, good, and professional man. We use him every summer to come and spray our perimeter for spiders and ants primarily, and we had a pretty bad problem before we started with him. We NEVER have bugs anymore! His price is fair, he shows up on time and he's just so nice. We also liked that he lives right here in Woodland Hills.

This was the worst service ever. We have terrible black widows, and I have children and a dog. They sent out a technician who stayed for about 10 minutes. The next day, we had as many webs as ever. I called him two days later, but he told me he couldn't come back for 7 days. He then came back and sprayed again. Again, stayed for 10 minutes, and spiders are still everywhere. I called the owner to come out. He cancelled on me the first day, and then made we wait an hour and a half on the day he did come. When I showed him all the webs, he just argued with me about me having a low tolerance, and he would have to discontinue my service. Never, ever go to these people. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them none.
