We always have a great experience at McInerney's. Our salesman, Casey Dettloff is very good at answering all our questions and helping us figure out exactly what we need. Awful service department all around. My fiance leased her first vehicle from there a little over a year ago and at 10,000 miles started to have transmission problems. I work for one of the big 3 and I know my way around cars. We have had her Patriot in there 3 times in the last 2 weeks. First time the car would start but wouldn't drive they had it for a week and said they fixed it. We picked it up drove it home that night and the next morning had to take it back in for the same problem. They wouldn't have it towed or help with anything, just said we had to get it back up there to them to look at it. Picked it back up a few days later and now when you put any demand on the motor such as trying to merge on the freeway it will not shift out of second gear. It revs up to about 6000 rpm and stays around 55 to 60 mph. It will only shift if you let off the gas and it drops below 3000 rpm or if you manually shift it, but according to them nothing is wrong with it. I will not ever buy or lease another Chrysler product again due to this one dealership. I understand that things are going to go wrong with a car but they have been rude throughout this whole ordeal and refuse to admit that something is wrong with the vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will be talking to whoever is in charge of the dealership today and also getting in touch with Chrysler. Completely awful experience.

I set up an appointment that took 3 weeks to even get for a recall. The day of appt I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45am , called at 2:30pm to see when it would be done after getting the run around they finally admitted to me when I called back at 4 pm that they were backed up and haven't even started it. The advisor said it wouldn't be done today and they should of told me when it was dropped off this morning that it wasn't going to be looked at today. I'm so livid, not only did they have my vehicle all day and do absolutely nothing, they knew that was the situation when I dropped it off and failed to mention it!!!! I took my keys and left, I guess I will have to go to a different dealership for this recall!

I leased my new Chrysler 300 from McInerney's and they were great. It was very easy to deal with them. My sales person was Peter and he was able to lower my payment and get me into a car that I love! I would definitely recommend this dealership.

First off, the sales person we dealt with for our lease was very pushy and put us in what they wanted us in. Then, at the end of our lease, we called on Friday to see how we turn it in and if they would be open Saturday to do this. Another sales person told us we could go on Saturday at 10am. We went to find out no one was there to help and they also stated we were never told to come in on a Saturday. We asked if we could leave the vehicle there till someone gets in, only to be told, they would not be held responsible for it. This was not a good experience and we are very glad to be done with them and will NEVER go back!!!!

I have been going to the McIne...

I have been going to the McInerney Chrysler Dealership now for 6 years. The dealership's quality which stands out the most to me is their customer service. I do not live close to the dealership, therefore, it is difficult for me to get there before they close. They have always brought my purchase to me. I have never had to take my car to the dealership for service, they do it for me! The salesperson checks in with me every so often to ensure that things are going well and that I am still satisfied. I like knowing that this dealership is family-owned. They are great people, and are willing to go the extra mile for people. You just don't find that customer service anymore.



I would suggest stopping by this dealership for your next car purchase. They are helpful, knowledgable, and will do what they can to get you what you want for the price-range you are comfortable with.

Will Never deal with this dealorship AGAIN

Have Experienced horrible run around from the service department. Should never have purchased a vehicle from the Woodhaven location.. Had my vehicle in 3 time's over a starter issue.. paid for towing servics, paid for part's, labor all that only to be told they can't pin point what the issue is and NEVER had the issue taken care of.. Horrible, horrible run around with this delaorship! Surprised there's not More Complaint's on here about them!!!

Terrible repair

I was charged for diagnostics twice on the same issue because they said they would not warranty their work for longer than 30 days and didnt fix it correctly the first time. Then without my authorizing it put parts on the car and billed me for it. I had actually called the dealer and told them specifically not to do anything to my car. Horrible experience. I am out $100 twice for the same issue and its still not fixed.
