When I called to complain I was told by main ofc female employee that Lisa C. was one of their highest selling personnel and that they all stick together. I ran home mailed out my request to get my down payment back and left it alone.
1. Called following day asked to bring contract in Lisa C. marked out paragraphs added things and gave me contract back without explaination. I asked her where lot was and she kept pointing and when i asked her for lot number she kept giving me address but no lot number.
2. Showed me pics that were very very bad in quality. Kept telling me that the appliances in model were no longer avail and that they had a new contractor.
3. Could never show me home i put dn pymnt. On it was always i could see one like it.
4. She kept getting my info incorrect and now i know why. AT TH TOP OF THE PAGE IT TELLS HOW MANY DAYS ONE HAS TO GET A REFUND AND VOID THE DEAL. SHE WILL EVEN GIVE A BOGUS NUMBER TO SEE IF U SAW IT.
Make sure u are aware their loan ofcrs will run ur credit thru a third party ur score will go dn.
Also know that the loan ofc will dictate to u what type of loan he will give u.
Also know that the crook will tell u along with the others u cannot lock in ur rate until u go to closing not before and give you a date three to four months out. In that time rates may or may not increase but it gives them time to hoodwink you and most will succumb so as not to lose their H A R D E A R N E D MONEY USED AS A DN. PYMNT.
Know that just as Frankenstein was put together by different body parts they will use leftover materials to furnish ur home and the workmanship is so bad they will constantly talk to distract u.
Beware of their tactics,
