        The company's representative q...

        The company's representative quoted me a price of $325 to inspect and repair two bay window links, over the phone. When I informed her that the links were not a caulking issue, she said they would need authorization for the $325 before they would come out. If the problem was beyond the $325 then they would provide an estimate and do no work. I asked if they performed free estimates. She stated yes but wanted authorization for the $325 otherwise they could not help me. At this point, I would NOT want them doing ANY work on my home.
