I think Ben cares about my car as much as I do. We are first-time customers. My husband is a mechanic, but a timing belt job on an '01 Accord was too much for him to try and do at our home garage. Ben does good work, and he has a trustworthy, no-nonsense approach. You almost feel like you're dealing with your brother - someone who takes a personal interest in making sure your car is safe and well taken care of. Plus, my husband is very picky!
