Yet I never seen him use any preconditioning cleaner, brightener, deodorizer or cleaning solution.



Which means while I was sitting at the kitchen table making sure what was in my house stays there, I never seen him go out to his truck for any cleaner, deodorizer, brightener or even more preconditioning solution.



Now six hours later, the hallway to our bedrooms shows the same dirt again...uum!



I called their agency again the next day, the associate said he's still waiting for management to come in to discuss this matter. I explained to him that I did some random cleaning samples around areas previous cleaned by their service and black water and dirt particles were present. He stated, "that only 17% of any carpet is ever improved after their cleaning service". MAYBE THEY SHOULD ADVERTISE THAT WAY THEN...."!!

Very bad. Never ever call this guys. Not event a single stain came out of my carpet and couch. Technicians, lie to you. they just use water and say it is pre-conditioner .

Beware of these people! They ruined my carpet and will not do anything to fix it. You get what u paid for. If I could give NO stars, I would! BEWARE!!!
