Absolutely horrible experience - it seems as if these people have never installed a runner on stairs before. Andre was very nice, however, when the job was done, the pattern did not match up, the carpet is fraying on all of the edges, the sides are uneven and go right up to the base board in some places, and the tack strip nails were poking out of the carpet! When I told Andre I was unhappy, he agreed, and said he would take care of it, send me new rug samples, and install a new rug for no extra charge. That was two months ago and despite me calling and emailing at least a few times every week, I have not heard a thing from them. Absolutely terrible - avoid this company at all costs.
