Very rude to work with, Lady on phone was immature, I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it to me, when she finally did she asked for my name, she then stated that she could just look it up on the caller id. When I asked for her managers number she hung up on me. I called back 3 times and every time she hung up on me. She then turned the phone off, not something you should do when your on call.
