        Overall

        Center expects patient to follow 7 pages of instructions and do all preparation for surgery. Patient is responsible for make sure dr does correct procedure, Patient has to constantly remind staff what patient's procedure is and part of body where is to be done. (even while patient is under anesthesia.) Center is not responsible for any problems.
