Smith McIntosh Properties, Inc is a full service real estate brokerage and development company. We provide real estate services throughout Florida, with specific expertise in the brokerage and / or leasing of professional and medical office, industrial / warehouse, retail, investment and residential properties. Theodore Roosevelt (1858-1919) Brian Smith has been a Central Florida resident since 1985. He is a member of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society. Brian has extensive experience in residential brokerage, plus brokerage and leasing all types of commercial properties: professional office, industrial, retail, and income producing properties. He is a graduate of Webster University (B.S. Accounting) and a Licensed Real Estate Broker-Associate. Brian has proudly served on the local Board of Directors for BankFIRST Sanford since 2007. Brian enjoys participating in endurance events and spending time with his wife and two children. Harry McIntosh has worked in Central Florida since 1994 as a real estate developer, manager, broker, and project consultant on hundreds of projects and transactions. He has specific expertise in office/warehouse, retail, investment and single-family development properties. Harry is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee, and graduate of Florida State University and Rollins College. He resides in Sanford with his wife and four children. Jim Fitzsimons, a licensed sales associate and partner in Smith McIntosh Properties, owns, manages and markets commercial investment properties in Orange, Seminole and Volusia Counties. The portfolio includes professional office, retail and office/warehouse properties. Prior to focusing on real estate, Jim co-founded, managed and sold to a Fortune 1000 company a successful Central Florida based manufacturing business, and was for many years active in venture capital. A University of Florida graduate, he resides with his wife and children in Seminole County.
