They canceled our appiontment for over booking the appointment and lied to us that they leave a voicemail to us. You can never reach real person through the phone. Always need leave a voice mail and wait call back. Sometime they call back and sometime they never do that. Also the billing lady need call back as she promise to do. I possible I would like to give this OB office 0 star.

My experience at Winter Park OBGYN was a very postive one. From my greeting by the receptionisht to the helpful ladies at checkout and everything in between. I felt comfortable and heard. At other practices I've been to in the past I felt rushed at all points of contact during the encounter. Here I felt that the nurse took the time to listen and understand what was going on. The doctor made sure to ask questions and listen to everything I had to say. I didn't feel like a number and I didn't have unanswered questions at the end of the visit. At the end I appreciated the way the girl at check out asked me if there was anything else they could do for me, this small gesture made me feel like they weren't trying to push me out the door but instead make sure I didn't leave feeling uncertain. I felt comfortable and at ease at Winter Park which sometimes can be a hard thing to do at an OBGYN.
