Doctor Today-Urgent Care

How do they have an A rating with all of these complaints?!? This place is literally the worst!! Stay away!!!

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter, & gave them the insurance info. When we got to the office, I was told they had not ran her insurance & they would not see her. She HAD to be seen, she was sick. So, they charged me $75 & said it would be reimbursed once they ran the insurance the next day. Two weeks later, I scheduled another appointment for my daughter. I asked what insurance info they had for her & it was STILL her old insurance info. They had never updated it in their system, therefore had never verified it for the appointments or the refund WHICH I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. I rescheduled the appointment because I wasn't about to pay out of pocket again & take the risk of not being reimbursed. Again, at the 3rd appointment, I was told her insurance had not been ran. The nurses are rude & disrespectful. The male manager did not offer any resolution or apologize for the incompetency of the staff. I will not give them my business again, nor do I recommend them to anyone.

Inconsistent billing. Had lab work done and had to pay co pay just for them to tell me the results of my lab work from behind the receptionist desk. Receptionist told me i was going to have to pay for an urgent care visit because i did not schedule an appointment though previous receptionist told me that it wasn't necessary to make an appointment, just come in and get my results. They sent in the wrong labwork the first time so I had to return again. Just a scheme to get money out of you. Will not return here for primary care

Went in in pain.. still in pain, MRI proves that I have major back issues but still have to wait to go to pain management...

Rudest most unprofessional place ever. The nurse is the receptionist too. Cash only is a little weird. Definitely looking for a new doctor.

I had an 8:00 app., thinking I would get in and out fast. I waited until 8:10 and left because no one had shown up for work. Went back at 8:30 and was told to sign in and I would be seen after every one else one the list, including walk-ins. I was on time. They showed up late. VERY UNPROFESIONAL :(

This place is the worst. I had an appointment and I still wasn't seen by a doctor until 2 hours later.
