They ruined my mom’s 40-year-old wedding dress that my sister was going to wear in her wedding. Then they claimed they would fix it. They didn’t. When my mom said something about it, the owner was rude and dismissing. Do not take anything to this joke of a business. They need to be shut down. Look at all the 1-star reviews already. That should tell you enough about this “business.” I’ll say it again, do not take anything to these people!

I do NOT NOT NOT recommend Art Craft Cleaners EVER!!!! If I could mark this as a negative star I would. I will mark it as a one because that's the lowest denominator available. Owner is incredibly RUDE!!! My daughter took in my 40 year old wedding dress. They absolutely DESTROYED it!!!! It was a beautiful heirloom dress that needed cleaning. If they thought for a minute that they could not clean it they should not have touched it. When my daughter picked it up, EVERY applique had fallen off. They said nothing and handed her the dress without any of the missing parts. She brought it home and called me right away. It took them TWO weeks to HOT GLUE them back on, yes, HOT GLUE!!! After picking up the dress for the 2nd time, I called the owner right away. His response to me was "why are we talking again, we already had this conversation." He could have cared less that he ruined something that cannot be replaced. NO NOT TAKE YOUR GARMENTS TO THIS DRY CLEANER.... EVER!!!

I took my king size comforter to be dry cleaned. Was asked to sign the receipt no reason why. I asked the clerk to make sure it was dry cleaned, she said whatever the tag said they would do. Over a week later went to pick up, opened it at home , all the batting around the edges was wadded up. The tag on the comforter was frayed and faded. To me that indicates it was washed. I took it back manager said she would ask them to open the seams and straighten the batting. I called a week a half later, was told it was there in a bag but no ticket was on it to show what was done. Went to pick it up opened at the store, it had not been touched. Was told by clerk, you signed the receipt and was told this might happen. I asked her if I was aware of this possibility would I have left a 400 dollar comforter in your hands. Would do nothing for me. First and last time I ever use this company.

Just plain horrible. I took my D&B purse in to be cleaned. I went to pick it up and it wasn't even touched. The excuse, "they forgot." It was still sitting in a corner on a counter. No ticket/name on the purse either. Just plain crappy service. I don't even know how they have stayed in business so long!!

Left my clothes there for a very simple alteration. Took them over a month to do it right! I was never contacted once about status of my repair. When I finally claimed my clothes, was treated rudely. You rarely ever see this level of incompetence and bad service. Take your business elsewhere!

I have been going to Art-Craft Cleaners since their beginning, and I have (never) experienced what the below rating expressed. As a "high maintenance" individual, especially when it comes to the clothes I wear, I have and will always trust this service to keep my clothes in top notch shape. Their customer service goes beyond excellent, with good old fashioned customer service which I enjoy. I visit the Winter Haven store probably 2-3 times a week, and Cindy is purely amazing in all that she does. She knows my clothes better than I do! She will even call or text me to let me know my clothes are ready. I am sure it isn't part of their service to do so, but again, they go the extra step for you. I give Cindy and the Winter Haven branch a high five on the rating, and I definitely recommend their service to anyone who has concerns on how their clothing or other products are taken care of.

Took a jacket in for alterations and they did a horrible job and the manager was extremely rude. Zero customer service skills and I will never return to this business. Tried contacting the owner by calling the other location (Long's Dry Cleaners, Lake Wales FL) and they always tell me he's not in. They take my messages and he has not called me back. I have called 4 times over 2 weeks.
